David J. Hyde and Associates Inc., commonly known as DHA Sheet Metal, was founded by David Hyde III in 1989. The Hyde family’s sheet metal tradition dates back to 1910, to the founding of David J. Hyde Cornice and Furnace Works. Today, David’s sons Tom and Mike continue the family tradition as co-owners of DHA Sheet Metal.

Our sheet metal workers are graduates of a rigorous 5 year apprentice training program, and they maintain a mechanical license in St. Louis City and County, with continuing educational requirements, to ensure they stay on the cutting edge of our industry.

Whether your needs are old world custom craftsmanship, or more modern, cutting edge cladding systems, DHA Sheet Metal can provide either, and everything in between. For examples of old world craftsmanship, see our work on The Old Cathedral and Missouri Historical Society library. For examples of modern, cutting edge cladding, see our work on the Center of Creative Arts (COCA) addition, Kirkwood Performing Arts Center, and Elco Cadillac. DHA Sheet Metal: steeped in traditional craftsmanship, grounded in today’s best practices.
